Join our Human Resources + Payroll team within Group Functions in Switzerland as Talent Acquisition Manager, 6 months + with possibility for perm to help us take Swiss HR to the next level. This is an additional role due to the current high volume of recruitments. May convert from temp to perm, availability on short notice a big plus. 

 

In this role you will be accountable for:

 

  • Partner with business leaders across divisions and functions on their hiring needs.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from headcount approval to acceptance of offer.
  • Engage with candidates that fit current and future needs, including direct search through various channels, building talent pipelines, etc., across all portfolios (engineering / technical as well as commercial roles).
  • Provide direction and guidance as to company policy, guideline interpretation and execution of HR related procedures and decisions.
  • Close collaboration with other HR Specialist teams on administrative and project related matters.
  • Contribution to People projects and -events.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced vocational studies (Personalfachmann /-frau), combined with 4-5 years of work experience as a specialist or generalist recruiter (agency or inhouse).
  • Ability to understand and recruit a broad variety of profiles, ranging from technical profiles to commercial roles in an Industrial / Headquarters context.
  • Fluency in English and working level German language skills (w/s). Swiss HR knowledge highly desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to navigate an international matrix organization at HQ level.
  • Can-do attitude, proactive mindset and ability to challenge the status quo as well as to cope with ambiguity and change. Self-reliant and collaborative, willing to be coached and able to coach others.
