As a Senior Associate you will be expected to represent clients in litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and financial disputes.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice and develop case strategies in consultation with clients
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Manage all aspects of case preparation, including evidence collection, witness interviews, and coordination with expert witnesses
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to ensure effective communication and case management
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide clients with informed advice

To succeed as an Senior Associate in this role, you would require several years of experience in a law firm, specifically in commercial law.

Your qualifications:

• Swiss bar admission
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss civil procedure and commercial law
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in German, and proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong client management skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
