Role Overview:
As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll be a key player in streamlining and optimizing our sales processes to ensure peak performance across our sales team. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership to provide strategic insights, data-driven recommendations, and implement efficient processes that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Enhancement: Assess and refine the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to enable informed decision-making. Develop sales forecasts, performance metrics, and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance.
- Sales Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of sales technology tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms. Ensure seamless integration and utilization across the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they're equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and implement KPIs to measure sales team performance and track progress towards goals. Regularly report on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the recruitment industry or high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MSD, PowerBI) and sales analytics platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Fluent in English and German, French is a clear plus.
