About the role

Our client, a leading operator of an all-in-one financial app that allows you to pay, save and invest, is looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to strengthen his team as of 01.07.2024! In this position, your motivation and positive energy come first.

If customers encounter challenges in the app, they have the opportunity to report them directly via the app. Once these messages are sent, the customer service agent comes into play.

Work tasks:

  • Act as the heart of the customer service team
  • Answer customer inquiries via telephone
  • Provide information and support to customers using the app
  • Resolve customer problems efficiently and satisfactorily
  • Put a smile on customers' faces with your open nature!

We are looking for:

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not a must
  • Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English or French
  • Good knowledge of Office365
  • Dynamic, service-oriented and motivated personality with a positive attitude
