For our client are we looking for an Electrical Engineering with Experience in Uninterruptible power supply (UPS Systems). Our client is a global leader in electronic power systems, their clients are in (petro)chemical, oil & gas, and more.

Electrical Engineer – UPS System Design Experience

Main responsibilities: an Electrical Engineer with specialized expertise in UPS System Design, serving as the technical backbone for our clients product line, overseeing UPS systems, inverters, and providing comprehensive support from inception to maintenance.

Tasks

  • Develop training materials and presentations for internal and customer training sessions/workshops
  • Aid in the design process, including modeling, prototyping, and defining product features, interfaces, and interactions up to the industrialization stage
  • Work closely with R&D teams, external design agencies, product management, and agile sprint teams
  • Specify system building blocks and components on a daily basis
  • Verify product compliance and manage technical documentation
  • Offer assistance with application guidance and specialized solutions

Required skillset

  • MSc. Or BSc. degree In Electrical Engineering or relevant
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience with Uninterruptible power supply (UPS Systems) design
  • Demonstrating basic knowledge of UPS topologies and associated applications, along with proficiency in visualization and advanced presentation skills
  • Passionate for IT, and good PowerPoint skills
  • Willing to work in international projects, with various stakeholders
  • Beneficial if you bring experience in sales or product management, coupled with knowledge of power converter production, assembly, or testing
  • Business fluent in English is a must
