Operation planning and coordination of the service technician team

Contact person for technical service (maintenance, repair, refurbishment and training)

Support work preparation and coordination with regard to assignments (occupational safety, authorisations, spare parts)

Link between technicians and key account managers / assistant key account managers

Identification of technical and organisational improvement potentials

Basic technical training with further training and/or experience in the commercial sector (technical office service, direct customer support)

Written and spoken German, English and/or French advantageous

High affinity for numbers and technical understanding of intralogistics processes and procedures

Communicative and team-orientated personality
