Lead Auditor, Global Audit & Assurance


Locations: Prague/Zug/Beerse


Contract: full time, permanent




The Lead Finance Auditor will be responsible for the execution of the annual audit plan at the Johnson & Johnson companies in EMEA region. The Lead Finance Auditor will lead and perform Risk Based Audits and other types of specialized reviews within the EMEA region and across all business sectors while partnering with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with other audit teams, helping ensure strong internal controls framework for affiliates supported, promoting best practice adoption, developing talent, and cultivating a diverse and motivated team.



The Global Audit & Assurance (GA&A) department, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (J&J), is currently recruiting for a Lead Finance Auditor. This position is recruited from Switzerland, Belgium and Czech Republic J&J locations and travel will be required.



The Global Audit & Assurance department provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to assist management in ensuring an effective system of Financial and IT internal controls is in place, in compliance with government and industry regulations.


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:


·       Leading assigned risk-based review engagements at J&J affiliates within the EMEA region and leading a variety of departmental projects.


·       Other common tasks include: acting as or assisting the job manager in preparation of the audit, conducting review of the audit team work, performing testing, preparation of the final audit report and supporting audit teams and internal customers throughout the audit to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.


·       The Lead Finance Auditor will be responsible for discussing and finalizing recommendations and will supervise and develop staff during the reviews.


·       When not assigned to audits or as timing allows, the Lead Finance Auditor will also be expected to lead ancillary project teams to assist with departmental goals and objectives aimed at improving audit operations and customer service.


·       Reporting to the Lead Finance Auditor will be 2 - 3 auditors.
