WinGD is looking for a

Assistant / Junior Controller

Responsibilities

  • Examine and authorise procurement requests.
  • Accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
  • Coordination and assistance in collection of receivables.
  • Support the Business Controller in monthly closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as accounting department and key individuals in the overseas subsidiaries.
  • Maintenance of SAP master data.
  • Support in management reporting.
  • Support with other ad hoc tasks/projects.

Requirements

  • Good Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Python would be desirable.
  • 0-3 years relevant experience; the position is also suitable for candidates with no relevant experience, most important is a willingness to learn and an interest in Finance/Controlling.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mentality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or German knowledge desirable.
