Global Commercial Excellence - Engagement & Change Management Lead (m/f/d)

Job Purpose

This key role in Straumann will develop, distribute and govern Commercial Excellence engagement and transformational content and tools to educate and motivate commercial stakeholders to leverage new digital capabilities being deployed by CommEx.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain the Global CommEx Intranet to support communications, training, demos and process support for internal stakeholders
  • Identify training needs and develop a training road map as well as learning pathways and develop relevant training materials (text, video, etc) in a scalable structure that enables countries/ regions to translate and deploy easily.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations on engagement best practices and barriers to help business and CommEx leadership more effectively drive engagement and increased value for all levels of commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to develop engaging content that helps communicate CommEx’s mission and impact
  • Drive internal customer and user feedback mechanisms post go live and pre-design to ensure CommEx is focusing its time and resources on the highest ROI opportunities.
  • Tightly partner with GCE and Region CommEx along with IT and development partners to deliver clear, engaging release information for all relevant users and administrators of new CommEx capabilities
  • Support change management activities for CommEx’s solutions and partner with different stakeholders in regions and countries to assess needs and collaborate on local adoption

Requirements needed

Education

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role: proven track record in creating effective end-user communications to various user groups to support tool adoption. Experience in translating technical enhancements into user-friendly communications and enabling best practice sharing
  • Proven track record of driving high user engagement (>80% daily engagement) on CRM and other commercial solutions in a global multi-business unit field force with over 2,000 sales reps
  • At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and related technologies
  • Salesforce admin 201 certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in creating end-to-end training material on CommEx tools including identifying training needs and instructional design
  • Minimum 3 years experience in creating engaging content with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro, Camtasia) preferred
  • Expert level in creating effective and informative Intranet pages in SharePoint
  • Minimum 3 years experience with agile development processes and teams
  • At least 5 years working in a global/ international multilingual multicultural environment
  • At least 5 years medical device industry experience
  • Experience in field and/ or inside sales preferred
  • Experience/ certification with marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Strong English language proficiency mandatory. Two or more European languages and/ or Mandarin highly desirable.
