PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to join our Global HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting solutions within the SuccessFactors platform. The primary focus will be on generating accurate and insightful reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.

The role can be based in Amsterdam, NL; Basel, CH or London, UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting Development: Design, develop, and maintain a variety of standard and ad-hoc reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Report Designer, People Analytics) to meet the needs of HR and business stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable recommendations for improving HR processes, workforce planning, and talent management strategies
  • Dashboard Creation: Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and scorecards within SuccessFactors or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics and KPIs
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits, resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data governance best practices
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with People & Culture partners and other cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, understand data needs, and deliver insights that drive business outcomes
  • Documentation and Training: Document reporting processes, data definitions, and report specifications for reference and training purposes. Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and self-service reporting capabilities
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within the SuccessFactors platform. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize reporting solutions and enhance the user experience

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global HR reporting and analytics with focus on SuccessFactors; alternatively other HR technology platforms
  • Preferred proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Report Designer, People Analytics) and familiarity with PowerBI and SQL or other query languages
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization using Power BI tools is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Meticulous with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and integrity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within established timelines
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors reporting and analytics (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Reporting) are a plus
