Pictet Wealth Management is now embarking on a journey of innovation of our client marketing and communication framework that aims at blending our core value as an established private bank with the latest development in the digital space. As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will be working alongside the PWM Marketing and Communication team and other key stakeholders of the bank to support the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The objective is to enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and engage existing clients by delivering our thought leadership and product and services expertise. 


Your role


 


•    Assessing opportunities in the digital marketing space for a private bank.
•    Researching best practices in the competitive landscape and across relatable industries (e.g. luxury).
•    Analysing Pictet Wealth Management’s current digital marketing setup and infrastructure.
•    Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
•    Propose an approach to develop the current landscape across these dimensions:
    o    Infrastructure across channels
    o    Content production
    o    Distribution (organic and paid)
    o    Measurement
•    Identify concrete applications of new technologies (e.g. GenAI) to gain scale and efficiency across the value chain.


Your profile


 


•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
•    Fluency in English and French (both written and oral), any other language is a plus.
•    Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
•    A proven interest in digital marketing tools and digital platforms.
•    A self-starter able to work independently.
•    Analytical mindset, results-driven combined with an innovative outlook. 
•    Must be resident in Switzerland.
