Collaborate with your team to define a strategy and strengthen the foundation for future data management & analytics within SWISS Technical Fleet Management. Ensure relevant data sets are accessible for different departments to implement data-driven approaches and support them in doing so.

• Lead and inspire the Data & Analytics team of seven people by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Develop a vision and strategy for data-driven recommendations and automation
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Data Analytics and ensure their optimal use for our organization
• Manage the pipeline of data requests efficiently
• Create streamlined processes and governance procedures for (aircraft) data
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to aircraft data management
• Guarantee the timely availability of aircraft flight data in relevant systems
• Act as the main point of contact for any questions about aircraft data management
• Foster positive collaboration with other SWISS Technics departments, IT and (Flight) Operations teams

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with a strong IT background or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• Big Data Technologies & programming knowledge (SQL, Spark, Python) is an asset
• Distinctive consulting and communication skills at all levels
• Capable of addressing technical, operational and commercial issues alike to set according strategic priorities as well as within the data request pipeline
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and oral)
