Your responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, manage, and document projects for the manufacturing of pumps for nuclear and military applications of varying size and complexity and perform required activities across all project phases
• Coordinate the individual, interdisciplinary project teams and external partners
• Ensuring contract-compliant execution in technical, quality, financial and schedule terms
• Integrated project management including task management, progress measurement and reporting
• Preparation of project and development status reports for customers and management
• Implementation of effective risk and claim management
• Support the bid process and sales teams for the acquisition of new development projects
• Project post calculation, analysis and lessons learned are also part of your job.

Your Profile:

• An engineering degree (BSc / MSc ETH/Uni, or FH), preferably in mechanical engineering, is required.
• Proven project management experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
• Project management certification (e.g. from IPMA, PMI) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel, mostly in Switzerland and Europe
• Fluent English and German (B2)
