Your Impact

* Sell, lead, drive and deliver high-impact projects, together with the team, within top tier pharma life sciences clients to successfully drive their business and organisational transformations from strategy through to execution.
* Develop new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure new and existing projects. These projects typically include the design and implementation of target operating models, new technologies, digital strategies, governance and ways of working.
* Drive activities such as business development, proposal writing, thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives.
* Drive the setup and orchestration of programme and project management activities to support large-scale, complex business transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
* Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team with a strong commitment to excellence
* Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and leverage agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, scrum, etc.
* Work with international clients and we will give you the opportunity to gain experience working in multi-cultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.
* Play a key role in the expansion of our top tier consulting team in the field of strategy & transformation and work in an environment driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as a team not as an individual.

Your Skill Set

* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a business/engineering/science-related discipline and at least 6 years' experience working for a top tier consulting firm focused on pharma life sciences or within an internal consulting function at a leading pharma life sciences company.
* As an experienced hire, you have a solid track record in delivering and overachieving on your projects and you can leverage from an established network in the life sciences industry.
* In consulting, you have experience in running large transformation projects and managing teams. You also have a demonstrated track record of developing new service offerings, driving proposals and acquiring new business within the life sciences sector.
* Having exposure to some of the following areas: customer and digital engagement strategy, operating model design, process improvement, technology implementation and digital and analytics capabilities in the life sciences industry.
* You are fluent in English and fully business proficient in German and/or French and you have travel mobility to serve international clients (on occasion).
