Student Internship Learning Management and Onboarding (12 months)

You will work as a student or trainee in one of our Global HR Centers of Expertise focusing on supporting the Learning Technology Manager. You will be providing functional support for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) globally and support the planning and implementation of upcoming HR projects, such as the global Onboarding process. 


Role + Responsibilities:

  • You support the implementation of frameworks and functionalities

  • You coordinate the management of translations 

  • You participate in data quality initiatives 

  • You perform functional testing of new e-learning content 

  • You uphold continuous improvement activities 

  • You execute compliance activities (data privacy and works council involvement) 

  • You handle support tickets 

  • You create, execute, and analyze feedback forms 

  • You implement system features 

  • You support release management activities 

  • You document and update system changes

Qualification + Profile:

  • You have a sound English proficiency 

  • You have experience and interest in IT and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office 365)

  • You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment 

  • You have a drive for task completion 

  • You have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have)
