The role includes the following activities:

• Building local brand awareness and positioning
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy through the year
• Implement the Marketing Plan (sales and after sales) to achieve the targets
• Organizing and participating to the dedicated events (product launch, vehicle displays, partnerships…)
• Coordination with the other Brands for general events / communication
• Monitoring expenses and budgets in line with the annual Budget and negotiate manufacturer supports for the related marketing activities
• Developing and managing advertising and offers campaigns (sales and after sales)
• Manage Events planification, full execution and follow up
• Participation in brands trainings, conferences, trade shows, and major events
• Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
• Supervising all digital activities : website management, social media animation, digital exposure
• Monitor all PR agency activities including printed media, social media and online media
• Development of Affinity partners relationships
• Communication with the Brand central marketing department and apply the Brand standards
• Managing the CRM and customer data
• Supporting sales team on local events and ad hoc projects

To be successful :

• You speak French and English (C1 at least in both) which enables to communicate with a diverse audience. Additional language is a plus.
• You have a previous experience in Marketing/Communication/PR/Events within the local luxury industry (> 5 years)
• You bring a deep understanding on such client needs and expectations.
• You have a proven ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans.
• You know how to organize relevant events for the targeted audience.
• You have a strong acumen with the ability to understand, develop and manage budgets for all marketing related activities
• You are at ease with market analysis, social media management and brand awareness
• You are curious, creative, flexible, autonomous
• You have a strong interest in automotive and luxury worlds
• You have a relevant network in Western Switzerland
