Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

You are responsible for the quality management for our worldwide Circular Saw Blades and Routing business with manufacturing and engineering facilities in Italy, USA, China:

• You define the quality strategy for the product area
• You lead continuous quality improvements across the entire value chain, from suppliers over production and packaging through distribution and customer complaints
• You support product innovation and improve continuously the Q-system towards prevention and prediction
• You develop the organization further and promote digitalization in Quality
• You lead international teams consisting of quality engineers, metrology, metallurgy specialists and inspectors
• You are part of the Power Tool Accessories quality network

Qualifications

Education: Technical university degree, ideally mechanical engineering or similar

Experience and know-how: Min. 10 years experience as plant quality manager or similar, solid practical experience in quality management in the ISO 9001-2015 environment, experience in managing people, with special focus on coaching and enabling, experience with intercultural teams

Personality and working style: Conceptual thinking combined with the strength to implement, affinity to sustainable problem solving, good cooperation with all levels of hierarchy, up to 30% business travel

Languages: Excellent in German and English
