About the job:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on commodities and derivatives transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Stay informed about changes in commodities markets, regulations, and legal developments.

About the candidate:

• Qualified lawyer with Bar Exam admission in the UK or the US.
• Additional EU qualification preferred.
• 5-7 years of PQE, with significant experience in commodities and derivatives.
• Prior experience in a Law Firm, with in-house experience considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of commodities markets, particularly metals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
