Responsibilities:

- Conduct IFRS Group reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare dashboards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and approve invoices and expenses, ensuring budget adherence.
- Perform level 1 controls and monitor procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to monitor operational trends and identify key points.
- Assist the Accounting department with IFRS and Swiss GAAP closings.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses and simulations to support decision-making.
- Analyze profitability across products, segments, and distribution channels.

Candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational setting.
- Proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with effective communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), ideally with SAP knowledge
- Familiarity with IFRS, and preferably Swiss GAAP.
