Your Tasks

• Implement complete ILS projects for aircraft throughout their entire lifecycle, including acquisition, operational support and disposal phases
• Manage the financial aspects, scheduling and execute risk management of ILS projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ILS requirements into the overall project
• Analyse customer requirements to create and update ILS documentation such as the ILSP and conduct LSA throughout the entire aircraft's lifecycle
• Develop new support strategies and resources, and implement procedures to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of projects
• Optimize support and maintenance strategies to extend aircraft service life, increase reliability and reduce lifecycle costs

With this you convince us

• University degree in engineering, supply chain or a related field
• Several years of experience in ILS for aviation, defence or similar
• Background and understanding of ILS projects management throughout all lifecycle phases, focusing on acquisition and operational support phases
• Proficiency with ILS and maintenance planning tools, and MS Office products as well as strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Very good English skills (min. C1) and German would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with partners and customers and effective planning and prioritisation to meet organisational goals
