Tasks:

• Planning and management of the segment-oriented offer design
• Driving the roadmap and sales planning process in collaboration with Sales & Digital Business
• Owning the innovation process, starting with the identification of opportunities in the market through to the launch of offerings
• Leading cross-functional projects in relation to product definition and development
• Calculation of new customer offers (promotions and devices)
• Overall responsibility for KPI tracking within the team
• Regular market observation and derivation of measures in this regard

Requirements:

• University or university of applied sciences degree, higher technical college
• Experience in product management or sales, ideally in the telecommunications, IT/Internet or related services sectors
• Strengths in strategic marketing planning and coordination of marketing measures 
• Strong creativity with regard to product development
• Flair for figures and data-based management
• High affinity for digital marketing
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
