Tasks:

  • Responsible for product/promotions in the Acquisition Team (main SPOC for GTM topics)
  • Establishing priorities for the upcoming weeks/months in terms of the offer strategy in different channels based on the budget/ROLL assumptions
  • Creating monthly and weekly roadmap per channels and having regular channel exchanges to improve results
  • Taking care of promo implementation (promo briefing, legal lines, execution within GTM & MarCom & Online teams, etc.)
  • Preparing monthly BCs for finance, weekly estimates, and daily analysis to discuss results and action plans with main stakeholders and sales channels

Requirements:

  • Business studies (bachelor's/master's degree) or comparable qualification
  • Several years professional experience in marketing management with focus on acquisition and customer growth in fast changing environment
  • Advanced analytical skills and turning insights into actions, with advanced excel skills
  • Pro-active engagement: Strong ownership to continuously develop internal processes
  • Ownership and attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all relevant go to market coordination and tasks have been considered and implemented
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate all stakeholders involved
  • Fluent in English, German is a Plus
