ServiceNow Senior Product Owner

Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team and help us accelerate growth by building better product and enabling an environment of collaboration and creativity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and execution of our ServiceNow product initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ServiceNow solutions meet business needs and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow solutions, aligning with overall business objectives.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements, define features, and ensure alignment.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have clear and actionable tasks.
Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality features.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future development.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and state of the art, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our ServiceNow solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Public Sector, with a focus on ServiceNow products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Certification: ITIL 4 Foundation, SCRUM Master PSI or SAFe, Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Business Process Analyst preferred.
Skills: Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders, strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, modules, and integration points.
Language: fluent in German and English
Location: located in Switzerland preferred – 2 days/week onsite is required.
