The Line Maintenance Team with highly qualified and motivated aircraft engineers is responsible for the maintenance and defect rectification on the entire SWISS and Edelweiss fleet.

You support a safe, consistent and effective daily line maintenance operation in ZRH with up to 400 flights a day at the main hub of SWISS.

  • Perform maintenance on SWISS, Edelweiss and customer aircraft, such as A-Checks, Major Modifications, damage assessments, repairs, trouble-shooting according the privileges stated in the personal Company Authorization, Releases to Service Documents
  • Evaluate repairs and work orders in accordance to required workload, material and skills
  • Update work orders and coordinate tasks with your superior
  • Close exchange with shift team and other colleagues in the Line Maintenance
  • Issue statements of work for the tasks performed
  • Ensuring high quality of standards in accordance to all rules and regulations

  • Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance as a B1 and/or B2 engineer, preferable on Aircraft types A220 or, A320or, A330 or, A340, or A350, or B777
  • Holding EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 license
  • Able to work a two shift system with early-, and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Stress resistant in Turnaround times on Line Maintenance
  • Team player enjoying a multinational working environment
  • A high level of commitment and loyalty towards SWISS
  • AMOS system knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably German
