Our client, with main operations in the field of machinery and manufacturing, is currently looking for a dynamic legal counsel to join an international and proactive team in Lucerne.

Tasks:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts (in particularly customer and supply agreements & tender submissions)
  • Providing legal support to the business functions
  • Create, prepare and revise templates, internal policies and regulations
  • Providing legal training

What you bring along:

  • Completed legal studies and Swiss Bar Exam
  • At least 3 year's experience on commercial and contract law
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional language as an advantage
