Training & Education Coordinator (100%)

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and further develop the internal therapy training for the business united Vascular Intervention (online and classroom training)
• Manage the internal online Management Learning System (LMS) by setting up and following up all training material (e.g. Articulate360)
• Organize and implement classroom trainings in close collaboration with the Product Management Team
• Measure outcomes of training initiatives and create plans for continuous improvement
• Coordinate, organize and support customers product training and factory tours in BIOTRONIK Bülach
• Substitute the Academy Manager when needed

Your Profile

• Experience in an international organization; knowledge in training and education formats is an asset
• Experience and willingness to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with customers, external speakers & faculty, team player, details oriented, flexible and open minded
• Self-driven in setting priorities, set and meet goals and deadlines; capable of working independently
• Excellent English and German communication skills (verbal/written)
