We are looking for an Intern / Working Student Process Automatization (m/f/d), based in Switzerland

Your Team

The CFO team at Allianz Risk Transfer AG (“ART AG”) is a dedicated and skilled group responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and strategy. Comprising professionals with expertise in finance, accounting, actuarial and risk management, our team works collaboratively to ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance and growth opportunities. Allianz Risk Transfer Group is the center of competence for alternative risk transfer business within the Allianz Group. The Impact You Will Have

Reporting to the Chief Actuary of ART AG, you will join the ART AG CFO team in Zurich where you will support with driving operational efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making by supporting with current processes automation. Your contributions will streamline operations, reduce errors and provide valuable insights through the visaulisation of complex data sets. Your innovative solutions will contribute to our continuous improvement efforts and will support with highlighting the main drivers of the company’s results to top management thus playing a pivotal part in shaping our company's success and growth.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Design, develop and implement R-based solutions to automate repetitive tasks and processes and to facilitate the analysis and visualization of complex data sets
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
  • Document processes, workflows, and automation procedures

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial or a related field
  • Proficiency in R programming language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and teamwork abilities
  • Previous experience or coursework in process automation, report creation, and data analysis is advantageous

Further Information:

Duration 6 months

Working hours: 41 hours/week or 15 hours/week

Enrollment at the university/college is a prerequisite for the duration of employment.
