After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health!

Planted is more than a delicious product - it's also an attitude. We want to radically change the way meat is perceived and consumed and inspire a shift from eating animal proteins to eating plant proteins.

Your mission:

Advising our Production on all HR topics along the entire employee life cycle, in particular personnel planning, recruiting and labour law.

Recruiting for the Production Departement.

Play a vital role in shaping the HR organization at Planted, working closely with our dynamic HR team.

Close collaboration with our HR Operations & Services Team for administrative topics.

Support in the development of the best possible employee experience for all employees.

Actively participate in various HR projects that shape our company's future.

Support execution and implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures, aligning them with Planted's vision.

You:

Several years of experience in a comparable function, in a dynamic environment, ideally in the food industry.

Experience in shift work within a production or similar environment.

Have several years working experience in Switzerland. Experience in Germany is a big plus.

Demonstrate sound knowledge of HR processes and the ability to enhance HR operations constantly.

Thrive in a fast-changing environment, show extraordinary change management and resilience.

Are a strong collaborator and communicator at all levels with a strongly service-oriented approach.

Exhibit exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.

Have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both, German and English. Any other language is a plus.
