As Global Systems Sales Manager you will be part of the Global Product Group (GPG) Automation and Communication (AC) and report to the GPG AC Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the Systems business globally and interact with our regions to grow orders and profitability, meeting our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and create market growth plans across all regions, with a specific focus on growth areas and white spots.
Take ownership of, drive, and follow up on defined GPG strategic growth initiatives.
Drive top and bottom-line growth by maintaining regular interactions with the regions and strategically setting appropriate pricing and margins for key segments, countries, and opportunities.
Set yearly sales targets during the budget process and agree on demand order budgets with regions.
Screen major systems opportunities within regions and participate actively in capture teams for critical wins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers, acting as a global account manager for selected accounts.
Monitor performance and productivity of the sales community, identifying training gaps to enhance sales competence.
Establish a cross-regional community to facilitate the exchange of learnings from key initiatives across different regions.
