Service Supply Quality Engineer 80-100% (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategically evaluate and implement changes among suppliers to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency
  • Actively contribute to and enhance our robust Supplier Qualification Process, ensuring all partners meet our high standards
  • Lead suppliers audits, fostering a collaborative environment for audits and compliance meetings
  • Orchestrate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop long-term sustainable solutions to supplier-related challenges
  • Advocate for excellence through special concessions and support on Critical-To-Quality (CTQ)  aspects within the supply chain and technical departments
  • Investigate and conduct comprehensive RCAs on reported quality discrepancies, ensuring resolution and prevention of future issues

Your Background

  • A bachelor or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • A proven track record in managing supplier quality issues with finesse and expert knowledge.
  • Hands on experience in supplier auditing, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • A solid quality mindset that permeates through your work ethic and output
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and German)
