Your Role

The Regional Director is responsible for owning and developing the sales, source market and channel development strategy of Glion and Les Roches for the region of GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen). The Regional Director will build and manage a regional network of salespeople and Educational Counsellors (ECs) and will also manage direct recruitment activity where applicable. You will take the lead in the region on managing key EC and agent accounts, partnerships, defining and delivering acquisition targets for new agents and managing commercial terms with this network. The role holder will also implement the High School strategy across the region.

About You

Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 10 years' experience in international education or luxury hospitality sales and marketing. With proven leadership skills in building and managing successful sales operations. You will have a strong track record in international student recruitment and key account management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment. You will be proficient in English; Arabic language skills desirable, with the willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
