Start of Employment by arrangement for 18 months with possible extension
The main objective of the Data Science Lab (DSL), www.dsl.unibe.ch, is the university-wide research support in Data Science and Research IT-related matters. Facing an increasing demand for Machine Learning support, we are looking for a Junior Machine Learning Expert.

Tasks

  • Project work (60%)
  • Consulting (20%)
  • Service maintenance (10%)
  • Continuing education (10%)

Requirements

  • Professional experience with data analysis, machine learning, software development or signal processing
  • Experience in research projects and teaching
  • Team worker, high availability in agreed periods
  • Goal and service-oriented personality with excellent English communication skills (German is a strong asset)
