Position Purpose

Lead, coach the HRBP Agile Team within the geographical responsibilities whilst ensuring delivery of scalable, and efficient HR solutions to all team members across legal entities of the CSL enterprise whist creating an environment where employees of all backgrounds can find promising futures.

Job Role that you will report to: Sr. Dir. HRBP Agile Team

Job Role/s that report to this position: Squad Leads for Respective Customers in The region (Manufacturing, Operations, ComOps, Enabling Functions and R&D) & Industrial Relations HRBP (Americas, APAC, EMEA)

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Provide Americas, APAC, EMEA HRBP Agile Team with day-to day leadership inclusive of the workflow management and prioritization whilst ensuring ongoing development and success of its members

  • Forge connections and lines of communications with employees at Global Leadership Group (GLG-3), Site Leadership Teams across the organizations by being a coach, partner, and confidant to leaders across the Americas, APAC, EMEA teams and also being an advocate for employees

  • Partner with the Sr. Dir. HRBP Agile Team to develop programs that improve the calibre, engagement, and solutions quality for all employees across the three regions by analyzing people data and trends to inform workload, projects, and upcoming programs

  • Partner with the other regions of the Global Agile Team and HR & other partners that contribute to the value creation (COE's, Employee Relations, Global Employee Services) to provide a feedback loop that represents the voice of the customer. Inform of important aspects to consider pertaining the respective customer group to ensure seamless delivery of Agile Team and implementation of new programs

  • Lead Industrial Relations strategy for the geographical responsibilities and ensure understanding of Strategic HRBP's, HR Site Leads and overall Global Enterprise IR goals

  • Be project managers of main programs and cyclical HR activities for Strategic HRBP across the globe.

  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, including educating and creating awareness, and ensuring an inclusive work environment that fosters belonging and collaboration and is representative of CSL Values

  • Be ambassador of the region for the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team to ensure that CSL attracts great people and remains as a great place to grow a career and deliver promising futures. Provide feedback to the relevant COE on employee experience.

  • Be fluent in Total Reward programs, salary structures, benefits, market analysis and overall compensation philosophy of the region they represent. Have a constant dialogue with the Total rewards COE to ensure that current market trends are conveyed whilst educating HRBP team, managers, and employees on CSL total rewards practices.

  • Inspire a culture that looks for clarity, practices, acts with empathy, foster transparency and uphold CSL's ethical standards, and finds strength in togetherness and collaboration

  • Focus on continuous improvement programs to improve the calibre, engagement, and solutions quality across the three regions by analyzing people data and trends to inform workload, projects, and upcoming programs

  • Hold a full understanding of the external dynamics in the geography of responsibility and share insights and invite reflection of the team

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Education

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience

  • IT skills

  • Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.

  • SPHR, GPHR Certification or Advanced HR Certification

  • Change management certificate

  • Agile, SCRUM, Green belt, Blackbelt Certification

  • Versed in Agile organization/ways of working

Experience

  • 10+ years of combined HR experience (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, COE or combined) preferably within a

  • 5+ years experience leading experienced HRBP Teams in a matrix and diverse environment

  • 5+ years experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help improve their people & organizational agenda that results in benefits

  • 5+ years experience leading organizational design programs on regional/multi-country level

  • 5+ years experience having oversight of Industrial Relations in their respective region

  • Experience in deploy digital solutions
