ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
Ensure the implementation of Logistics Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy in BUs, collaborating closely with the Commercial Team. Optimize logistics operations through a more effective route to market and an optimal logistics network, enhancing RTM technical logistics capabilities across BUs, and ensuring the effective execution of BU level RTM projects in alignment with company objectives. Ensure benchmarking RTM models' impact on logistics cost and service performance, support BUs’ launch of new product categories with optimal logistics models, according to 24/7 strategy. Drive adoption of RTM best practices CCH.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordination of Logistics RTM Strategy Execution in BUs: coordinating and executing the Logistics RTM strategy across various BUs and being the main reference for BU Logistics RTM Managers. Ensure BUs identify, plan, and execute key RTM projects in Logistics. Lead RTM models' deployment by working closely with BUs, supporting them in the assessment, identification and right sequencing of local RTM solutions and opportunities. Follow-up and monitor their progress, by implementing timely corrective action plans when required. Participate and ensure success to key BU level RTM & Logistics Network initiatives. Help BUs design and execute new product category route to market in alignment with overall Logistics and our 24/7 strategy
  • Monitoring and Improvement Logistics RTM Performance: Monitoring Logistics RTM KPIs (Cost to Serve, Nr. of touches, drop size, avg. volume per customer, etc.) and trends in BUs to identify areas for operational improvement, work with BUs to develop and execute plans for enhancing logistics efficiency and effectiveness through optimized RTM.
  • RTM analytics and benchmarking: Continuously improving and maintaining the group RTM dashboard and reporting sources in collaboration with BUs and DTPS, ensuring that they provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Ensure reporting of key RTM BU level projects and KBIs on group level. Provide BUs with outside-in benchmarking of last mile set ups & logistics ecosystems. Facilitate BU RTM models benchmarking with full transparency behind costs and service comparison between different models
  • Redesign and roll out SC RTM methodology: Redesign and roll out SC RTM methodology in CCH according to principles agreed in RTM reboot project with Group Commercial. Ensure constant application & exploitation of the RTM SC methodology in BUs
  • BU operational support and Capability Building: Onboard new Logistics RTM Managers and focus on building and enhancing capabilities at the BU level, with a specific emphasis on advanced RTM SC methodology training. Provide guidance to BUs to ensure effective operational execution on BU level strategic RTM initiatives
  • Approve and deploy logistics RTM best practices across Coca-Cola Hellenic
  • Identify "fit for purpose" Logistics Network design tool and lead Logistics Network design assessments with BUs
  • Lead BUs to assess and implement Logistics service segmentation & Service Level Menus in Customer Portal during project roll-out phase

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years or more of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and route-to-market strategy.
  • Previous managerial or leadership experience in logistics within a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to the development of comprehensive logistics strategy.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Change management experience and the ability to drive adoption of best practices.
  • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management tools and software.
