We’re looking for a confident, highly creative Senior Copy Lead to join this team. The kind of person who never gives up, a person thrilled and excited by the roller coaster nature of high profile campaigns and comfortable working with high reach talent. You’ll work closely with a Creative Lead and Art Director to craft your campaigns, plus a broad team of stakeholders from the product, strategy and digital teams to bring the work to life across channel.

You’ll be plugged into culture and understand the relevance and importance of all generations. You’ll have bags of confidence when it comes to pitching; you’ll own and defend your ideas with gusto. And you’ll be a true team player - keen to collaborate with stakeholders to get the best end result.

You'll drive copy across global campaigns, amplifying On and its partnerships and projects cross-channel, including OOH, digital and retail. Reporting to the Global Head of Copy, this is a fast paced, highly collaborative and creative role, integral to our campaigns in 2025 and beyond.

Your Mission

  • Create a powerful, dynamic partnership with the Creative Director and Art Director to concept, write and execute global campaigns through the funnel.
  • Write the full suite of copy deliverables for your campaigns: messaging strategy, scripts, taglines, email, organic social, DTC and B2B POS, paid social and paid display.
  • Lead 1-3 direct report copywriters, coaching them to deliver memorable, recognizable work.
  • Support on wider campaigns and projects as and when needed.
  • Lead by example, contributing to and driving our company culture to help build a creative, trusting, empowered team
