Operations Manager, 100% (m/w/d)

Your mission

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for building the operations function which is key to ensure that namuk can scale globally and achieve its ambitious growth targets. You will own the end-to-end process from supply & demand planning to production to ensuring a timely and efficient delivery of our products to our warehouses and ultimately our customers (both B2B and B2C). You work well under pressure, you’re flexible and dependable, and you can manage multiple priorities even in hectic situations.

• You work closely with all departments, especially Product, Finance, Sales and E-Commerce
• You will be a key contributor in scaling namuk and ensuring the development and smooth execution of our operations strategy
• You will be responsible for managing our operations, which includes supply & demand planning, fabric planning, production planning, logistics & shipments, customs and warehousing
• You will be directly overseeing one team member and manage the development and growth of the operations team in line with namuk’s overall growth

Your profile

• You care deeply about namuk’s purpose
• You are self-driven with a high degree of ownership and willingness to drive projects to completion in a start-up environment
• You enjoy managing teams and leading operations. You’re excited by complex projects and pride yourself in getting things done 
• You are fully proficient in Excel and/or G-sheet
• You are an excellent and proactive communicator and can easily navigate and efficiently interact with multiple stakeholders
• You have a professional track record in a fast-paced environment, e.g., in a start-up, scale-up, or consultancy
• You have earned a bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management or Finance
• You are fluent in German and English
