INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATION:

Aktivitäten

• Devise and execute on project-specific development plans and budgets, sequencing development activities and spend on interconnection, entitlement and engineering to advance project maturity while closing out risks
• Advise land acquisition resources on greenfield targets and negotiations to ensure financeable lease/purchase options and site control agreements with landowners.
• Manage interconnection processes, including direct engagement with utilities to secure positive project outcomes
• Manage all real estate, environmental and technical diligence, and interpretation of results and resolution of issues to advance projects, including regular interface with internal and external engineering and subject matter experts
• Secure discretionary permits for assigned projects
• Manage community solar program and incentive applications for assigned projects
• Advise project development analysts on modeling inputs and scenarios to ensure project financial viability at appropriate milestones
• Lead internal project and investment review processes
