Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

You want to be part of these success stories? For our Dutch operation we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) In this promising position you will successfully support the expansion of our national and international customer service business. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Field service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance and repair of complex AC & DC UPS equipment at customer site (onshore and offshore)
• Performing commissioning and maintenance on various type of batteries
• Providing trainings to customers on the operation and maintenance of Statron products and equipment
• Identifying and reporting failure modes encountered during field assignments
• Providing engineering solution and technical support to customers
• Performing technical and engineering reports on service visits

You are a reliable and responsible personality with strong technical and organizational skills and are used to work independently. You have a hands-on mentality with good abilities to professionally communicate with multinational customers and partners. You are used to completing your tasks in a service-oriented manner, even under difficult conditions. You have a basic technical education in the field of electrical engineering or electronics, ideally with a higher technical certificate, and have a few years of experience in the service area. Professional experience in the UPS industry (onshore and offshore) is an advantage. Travel in The Netherlands and occasionally in other European countries is required. If interested, further work in different countries can be organised upon mutual agreement. You are a Dutch citizen or have a permanent residence permit and speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
