Sales Assistant (f/m/d) (English and German speaking) - Awin

Purpose of Position

This Sales Assistant role forms an integral part of our sales teams across Client Services. Our Commercial Team is divided into New Business and Growth & Retention, and you will provide administrative support to both of these teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting some of the largest brands in the DACH region, primarily in sectors like Retail, Travel, and Telecoms.

In this role you´ll be responsible for ensuring that all necessary checks on new Advertisers are complete, saved/filed and leads are allocated to the right Sales Member. Your role will involve providing high-quality administrative assistance to the team.

This position is an excellent starting point for entering the industry and will help you gain an understanding of what it takes to create a successful affiliate program, as well as how Awin contributes to this process. Many individuals who began their careers as AdOps Specialists at Awin have progressed to roles such as Client Services Director, Head of Department, and Client Partner.

This position can be excellently carried out virtually and are therefore well-suited for permanent remote work throughout Poland.

Key Tasks:

  • Accurately updating Salesforce CRM system and allocating leads to relevant team members
  • Identifying and logging competitor brand activity
  • Managing, updating and continuously reviewing the sales documents and repositories
  • Supporting Sales Managers with client presentations
  • Drafting communications for internal and external use
  • Creating and sending Publisher-recommondation for Advertisers
  • Finding new Publisher partners and processing current applications
  • Provide support for ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks

Skills & Expertise

  • Confidence in dealing and interacting with people via telephone/email and Face2Face
  • Approaches problems with “can do” attitude and an appetite for learn and development
  • You know MS Office well, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Highly organised and efficient, even under stressful circumstances
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You are a teamplayer and want to help creating the best outcome for Awin, but also working independently
  • Fluent in English – you will need to communicate with internal staff and external clients on a daily basis, and good German skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet multiple client deadlines
  • Willing to help peers and pick up additional tasks to share workload
  • Show impeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and quality of work
  • Take charge of individual responsibilities and arrange appropriate cover for time off
  • Once settled, be approachable and help train more junior members of staff in the company
