We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on person to join our international team as a

Responsibilities

  • Assist the direct front-line customer support teams managing and resolving guest complaints. Especially, handling incoming escalations by taking ownership and following problems through to resolution independently.
  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiate of vendor agreements, inter-company and employment agreements.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the management of trademarks.
  • Review and maintain terms & conditions.
  • Conduct legal research on various legal and compliance matters, including maritime law, passenger rights/ consumer law and data protection.
  • Assisting the head of tax, legal and compliance with ad-hoc research and projects.
  • Assist in organizing and managing corporate and administrative matters, such as board meetings, general assemblies, etc.

 Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm with exposure to maritime law or travel industry regulations.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. German language skills are desirable.
  • Work independently, hands-on approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
