  • (Partial) project management for the service integration of new IT services into the Rheinmetall IT landscape in the production environment
  • Responsibility for the quality of the applications, test case coverage and technical IT documentation before handover to operations
  • Accompanying the requirement process with the business in the specification, effort and cost estimation of its requirements
  • Proactively advising customers on the decision to develop in-house or award a contract (make or buy)
  • Planning and implementation of IT operating concepts
  • Coordination and technical coordination with the IT departments involved (infrastructure, service, demand, etc.)

The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, and Neuenstadt.

  • Completed technical studies or comparable training in the IT environment
  • Several years of professional experience in IT (partial) project management according to structured and agile IT process models as well as in application management
  • Experience in the implementation of MES (introduction) projects in an international environment
  • Extensive know-how in IT service management (ITIL) and the design of service processes
  • Initial knowledge of process flows in manufacturing companies and/or logistics processes desirable
  • Enthusiasm for the task
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong customer and target orientation, high ability to work in a team as well as good communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Intercultural competence and occasional business trips
  • Willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
