Your tasks / field of activity:

• Independent creation of plans in all planning phases from project planning to work planning to detailed plans
• Design work and preparation of project and planning application documents
• Creation of 3D models through to BIM models
• Execution and detailed planning of construction projects
• Specifying materials and design elements
• Support in execution coordination and construction administration tasks

Your profile:

• Diploma as a draughtsman/ draughtswoman specializing in architecture or degree as an architect FH
• Strong knowledge of operating CAD programs (Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad)
• Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards according to SIA
• Knowledge of the requirements for planning applications in various cantons
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Customer orientation, flexibility regarding travel activities / working at the customer's premises
