The SAP CS/SD Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager has a key role responsible for managing those relevant systems to support the sales of sophisticated industrial solutions and services to Customers. This requires extensive knowledge of SAP application (SAP ECC - S/4HANA CS and SD) within an Industrial Machinery and Components business context, strong business acumen and experience in service value stream management.

Your tasks

• Join us to manage and optimize SAP CS/SD systems, playing a crucial role in service value stream management and stakeholder relationships.
• Technical Expertise:
• Govern and manage SAP CS/SD systems, ensuring seamless integration and potential system expansions.
• Maintain technical solution templates.
• Service Management:
• Optimize end-to-end service value streams and implement ITIL best practices.
• Contribute significantly to major SAP transformation projects.
• Document SAP configurations and oversee Application Management Services partners for seamless support.
• Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with various business stakeholders.
• Act as a key technical advisor and bridge between business and IT.
• Provide tech insights supporting sales and customer service objectives.

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
• Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC - S/4HANA SD and CS modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
• Knowledge about the integration of SAP ECC - S/4HANA with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM , SAP CPQ an asset.
• Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
