ROLE

The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in supporting corporate communications efforts across various mediums, as well as creating visually compelling and effective marketing collateral. The role will encompass a wide range of design tasks, including but not limited to:

RESPONSABILITIES

• Working with the corporate communications team and marketing services to understand project requirements and objectives and translating them into visually appealing designs.

• Designing and producing corporate and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, and other print and digital assets to support corporate & marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Creating engaging and impactful presentations in PowerPoint that effectively communicate key messages and concepts for both internal and external audiences.

• Designing eye-catching and functional conference booths and trade show displays that attract attention and effectively represent our brand at events and industry conferences.

• Editing and retouching photos as needed to ensure consistency and quality across all visuals.

• Leveraging your expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others) to bring concepts to life and meet project requirements.

PROFILE

• Excellent knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and others.

• Technology-savvy in all Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word.

• Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

• 5 + years of experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrating creativity and innovation while adhering to brand guidelines and corporate design standards.

• Demonstrate strong organization skills, details and deadline oriented with ability to identify and communicate conflict schedule/priorities for both the corporate communications and marketing teams.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels, including corporate communications, marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain project files, assets, and documentation in an organized manner.

• Excellent collaborative attitude with proven ability to establish and maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust.
