In this role, you will support international benefits and compensation programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa including health and well-being, retirement, and compensation plans. You will handle day-to-day administration and compliance for the international health, risk, retirement, other benefits in EMEA. You will also collaborate with key partners including local P&C, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and others to ensure success of programs. This role is key to Viasat’s global employee experience and an exciting opportunity to be a part of Viasat’s global growth.
Key responsibilities include:•Guide initiatives throughout EMEA in alignment with the strategy driven by Global Rewards•Manage local administration including eligibility management, auditing, invoicing •Oversee relationship with local consultant and brokers, vendors, and insurers as applicable•Lead employee communication efforts to help educate and promote benefits programs•Champion well-being efforts •Conduct research and analyses to stay abreast of market trends, emerging practices and regulatory developments impacting rewards programs •Partner with the Global Compensation team to ensure compliance and competitiveness with EMEA compensation practices •Act as an internal advisor for EMEA rewards matters and drive a collaborative approach to ensure competitiveness, compliance and continued evolution of our rewards programs•Coordinate benefits plan annual renewal•Culminate materials into presentations and dashboards•Centrally track and update information internally •Evaluate the total rewards package within the context of each local market•Find opportunities for operational efficiency and execute on solutions
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role related to health and retirement benefits administration•Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize a variety of concurrent responsibilities•Excellent customer service mindset•Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders and partners•Maintains knowledge of best practices and stays current with industry trends•Outstanding communicator comfortable with a variety of audiences•Resourceful and curious•Analytical approach to research and apply ideas and solutions•Proven success in project management and process improvement
