DeinDeal is a Swiss company active in the field of e-commerce. The company operates the two platforms  deindeal.ch  and  my-store.ch . In addition to attractive products, we also offer local and worldwide travel deals as well as a wide range of service deals.

On top of marketing high-end products, we are also proposing some local and travel deals. We are expanding fast and are looking for a new key contributor to reinforce our young marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the creative team to manage and oversee all aspects of the lifecycle e-mail development process
  • Oversee all lifecycle marketing campaigns, including Welcome, Post Purchase, and Transactional e-mails
  • Work closely with the broader CRM & BI team to connect our strategy and findings across the customer journey and create a robust segmentation strategy aimed at personalizing and maximizing every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle
  • Develop new initiatives to drive list growth supporting retention
  • Perform regular analyses on the performance of the lifecycle e-mails to propose improvement
  • Test new strategies and e-mail templates to drive engagement and conversions from the e-mail channel
  • Regularly identify trends and track lifecycle e-mail marketing strategies from other global brands to glean insights on best practices
  • Develop a rigorous testing strategy to continually optimize these programs, including identifying opportunities to A/B test campaigns, with the goal of driving increased repeat purchase behaviour from our lifecycle e-mail program
  • Grow our retention strategy by including new channels within our customer journey (in-app messaging, push notifications, direct messaging, ...)

 

Who you are:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience across e-mail marketing with specific experience overseeing and optimizing lifecycle e-mails at a B2C company
  • You have strong HTML / CSS / JSON knowledge and find yourself regularly developing new e-mail templates or code snippets
  • You have a clear understanding of overall e-mail processes and deep experience with ESP platforms
  • You understand the requirements for ANTISPAM compliance as well as the nuances of e-mail compliance internationally
  • You are a critical thinker and are familiar with e-mail optimization tactics to improve performance. You love testing and know how to quickly pivot based on results
  • You are creative and analytical. You can run e-mail and cohort analyses with the ability to synthesize and communicate your findings
  • You have unparalleled attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills
  • You are fluent in English and French. German is considered as a plus
