Description and Requirements

我们正在寻找一位有经验的人工智能AI 项目经理，来管理我们的AI项目并确保其按时、按预算、高质量地完成。作为AI 项目经理，您将与我们的技术团队紧密合作，确保项目的顺利进行，并解决在开发过程中遇到的各种挑战。

职位职责：

1. 负责AI项目的全周期管理，包括项目计划、进度跟踪、风险管理及最终交付；

2. 与技术团队、业务部门及其他利益相关者保持密切沟通，确保项目需求得到准确理解和满足；

3. 监控项目进度，确保项目按时、按预算完成，并在必要时进行调整；

4. 识别并解决项目中的技术难题，确保项目的高质量实施；

5. 定期组织项目会议，汇报项目进度，收集反馈并据此优化项目管理策略；

职位要求：

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、项目管理或相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上相关领域从业经验；

2. 热爱人工智能领域，对AI技术有深入的了解和浓厚的兴趣；

3. 具有丰富的软硬件结合的项目管理经验，能够熟练地运用项目管理工具和方法；

4. 出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和团队进行有效的合作；

5. 能够在快节奏、高压环境下工作，具备良好的抗压能力；

6. 熟悉敏捷开发流程，有PMP或其他项目管理认证者优先；

7. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；

8. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
