As a trainer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic development, organization and delivery of automation training in various formats with a focus on software engineering You are the contact person and support various departments on their learning journey You will also identify and coordinate training needs for the various automation platforms One of your goals is to increase the level of digitalization in existing classroom training courses You enjoy creating and continuously improving professional training materials and documents
Technical degree (HF/FH) in the field of software engineering or similar Knowledge of software development and programming You feel at home in both the OT and IT worlds Knowledge of automation systems is a matter of course for you You are enthusiastic about passing on and successfully communicating your knowledge Open-minded, motivated and proactive personality who enjoys contributing new ideas and suggestions for improvement Good written and spoken German and English skills
