The North Face is currently looking for a Senior Business Planner who will be working in the EMEA Multi-Channel Operations team of The North Face.

As Sr Business Planner you will have a key role in coordinating the governance, planning and execution of the Reorders business. You will implement and manage processes, tools and reports, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis in the overall effort to properly plan and execute the business plan as well as to optimize the inventory across channels.

The North Face is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage and prioritize their own workload, enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is service-minded and able to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and in all departments, while able to adapt quickly to shifting goals and priorities.

• Lead the reorder budget setting process
• Coordinate the collection of the commercial needs across the sales organization and align with the headquarter departments for planning and execution
• Plan and maintain the yearly and quarterly reorder plan
• Collaborate to implement a strategy and process to optimize the inventory across channels
• Ensure that all the necessary revenue and inventory related reports, information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of the business plan

How you’ll make a difference…

• Proven experience in similar roles
• University Degree or equivalent, preferred economics, statistics or management engineering
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Highly proficient in Excel and data management
• Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes and sales strategies for a fast-paced, growing and international company
