You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers responsible for building and operating data-driven digital products. Are you interested?

What you will do:

• Work with a team of AI, software, and data engineers, along with data scientists, to design and deliver AI-driven digital products.


• Engage with stakeholders and customers to assess their needs, gather requirements, and prioritize tasks to maximize the business impact of our solutions.


• Define and evolve a strategic product roadmap that leverages generative AI to address business challenges in the energy sector.


• Lead the ideation, validation, and implementation of new AI product features, ensuring they align with the latest AI research and industry trends.


• Continuously analyze and optimize processes to enhance agility and innovation in product development while fostering relationships with key partners and staying ahead of AI technology trends.

What you bring & who you are:

• You bring an advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.


• Demonstrate proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong focus on AI or digital technology products.


• Be familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS, tailored to fast-paced, tech-driven projects.


• Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• You are a strategic thinker adept at identifying and leveraging emerging AI trends, with experience in developing AI-based applications, particularly generative technologies, and fluency in German and English.
